This mixed ability mat based Pilates class offers levels and modifications for all experience and ability level. From Beginners to Advanced you can advance your Pilates practice at your own pace.
Beginners Pilates

For those who are new to Pilates and want to learn the Fundamentals and Principles of Pilates from the beginning, this is the class for you.
Hatha Yoga

This mixed level Hatha Yoga class combines breath work and relaxation with physical poses and simple flows.
Suitable for beginners and those starting to progress their practice.
PilYo

This combination of Pilates and Yoga requires some knowledge of Pilates and Yoga as we flow through intermediate asanas and mat-work Pilates exercises. Get ready to move your whole body in this fun and varied class.
Intermediate Pilates

Intermediate Pilates is the next step to your Pilates practice. With little to no injuries and at least 2 years of Pilates experience you will enjoy some more complex flows, some challenging full body work and a deeper understanding of the Pilates method.
Private classes

Book a one to one session in either the comfort of your own home or in my small garden studio. I will provide you with a full postural assessment and exercise prescription so that you can get the most out of your Pilates practice.
